Petit bebe
I took a picture of our scan photos and here is the clearest...not great but since we don't have a scanner and I keep forgetting to ask Ben to take them to work, this is the next best option! Looking forward to the next scan in November!

The happy couple....

Here's a few snaps of what we 've been up to since I found my camera! This is the girls getting comfy at their tea party:

Missing camera found!
I found my missing camera this morning. It was in the camera box. I always knew where the box was just didn't look inside! Can't really remember putting it there either but I must have done it sometime in July! Oh well, who needs pictures of the summer anyway? I can't believe I didn't look in the box!

2 additions to the family next year....
Adam (my brother) called me last night to tell me that our new addition wasn't going to be the only new addition to the family next year so I said - 'you can't be serious...YOU'RE pregnant?' Of course I knew he was trying to tell me that he had....... proposed to Alexa and is getting married in January!! So we are all set for a winter wedding in Germany or Switzerland. Alexa is German (her mum is American) and she shares my birthday though is just a bit younger than me (well, 5 years, maybe more than just a bit, actually 1/6th younger than me....) so they might have it there or maybe Switzerland as that is where Adam lives and maybe they'll be closer to a temple. So all very exciting!

Don't know why I said that..
On my last post I said that most people that look at my blog already knew I was pregnant. Wrong. What I meant was the people who I see on a regular basis and read my blog already knew I was pregnant. Sorry Michelle - I bet you were thinking which post did I miss, thank you for avidly reading! So for all you friends who I don't get to see often but get to keep in touch with through the wonderful world of blogging...I'm pregnant! I love being able to keep in touch with friends 1000's of miles away or even less than 100 miles away and know how you are doing and what is going on in your lives. So thanks for all keeping in touch!

Another bundle of joy coming our way!
So most people that look at my blog already know (because I just can't keep it quiet) but today we went for our dating scan for bambino number 3 at the hospital! They were super quick and we had the same lady that did the scan last time when I was pregnant with Eliza! I'll try to scan in our scan photo but they aren't brilliantly clear as apparently I have a retroverted uterus which means it tips backwards so in essance the baby is further away from my stomach. They lady had to press really firmly to get a good picture and ouchie that hurts doesn't it when they make you have a full bladder!! At least they didn't need to take a load of measurements so it was only a couple of minutes. My midwife gave me the date of 30th March but the scan gave the date of 1st April. I'm siding with the midwife!! Roll on 20 weeks when I can find out the sex!

Hidden talents
Who'd have guess it but I seem to be a natural at making cheese! Recipe = leave your kids sippy cups with an inch or 2 or milk in the bottom for a couple of days and tada! The results are incredible! Okay so I'm not sure it's safe to eat but it sure smells like some super stinky cheese! Yuk! Time for me to start keeping an eye on where they leave their drinks....

Sunday in Northampton
Today we had to go to speak in Northampton ward. It meets in the afternoon so we went over to some of my old university friends house for lunch before church. It is always good to catch up with friends you haven't seen in a while but even better when its no effort or uneasiness and things are just as if you had seen them last week. When we got to church the kids went fine into Primary and Nursery (I was especially pleased with Eliza because it's only her 3rd week in Nursery!) so it was pretty nice to be able to go to the other lessons, I haven't been in them for ages.
Sacrament meeting was last but I actually didn't feel nervous at all because I really felt that what I had prepared was what I was meant to be share! One speaking assignment down, who knows how many more to go! At least the first one was a good experience!!

Shopping date
I did my first food shop today without Esther - I think that is a first. As a result there was a lot more space in the trolley as she usually stands in it, none of the food was stood on, sat on or generally squashed AND I was done and dusted in 45mins! Now just have to work on getting Eliza to stop trying to get out of her seat... Actually I did forget something of vital importance - a Wispa Gold. Cadbury's just re-released them and I can't believe I forgot to look for one.
Afterwards, we picked up Esther from pre-school and came home to the bomb-site. Mostly due to washing plus swapping Eliza's clothes around since she has grown out of one size and into the next. I tried Helen's tip of doing all my washing on Monday and all my ironing Tuesday then not worrying about it until the next week but since I don't have a tumble dryer I just have clothes hanging all over the house and on the line still not dry!
PLus we have Esther's friend coming to play this afternoon so hopefully she won't need to go in the kitchen.....hide it all away!!
On the plus side I have lamb cooking in the slow cooker that smells delicious so I don't have to worry about dinner!

Back to Business
Esther started back at pre-school today after the summer holidays and it was a gorgeous day to go back on! Lovely warm weather! She is now super fast on her bike so we even got there early which has probably never happened before! Esther seemed happy to be back which I was a bit worried about since she wasn't too happy when I told her some of her friends started school this year so wouldn't be there. She made a new friend so thats nice.
Now that Elizaa doesn't need to nap so early I have to keep her awake until after we pick up Esther at 11.30 so I probably won't get as much done as I used to but it'll be nice to have some one-to-one time with her. I let her out of the pushchair on our walk back from the school and we had a nice time collecting acorns and conkers.
Plus I love Autumn!!!!! It's my favourite time of year - the air feels tinged with excitement!! Can't wait for the leaves to really change colour.
