A Day in the Conway Household
It's been quite a while since I posted, I have been putting it off because I needed to upload some pictures so in the meanwhile I decided to make a picture diary of our day yesterday. Here is lovely Alice making a big mess with her breakfast - she's not been well again and isn't really eating but tends to eat more if she feeds herself so that's what we've been letting her do.
Esther at breakfast- in a bit of a daze as she'd not long been awake (they slept into 7am 2 mornings this week!!):
Ben, about to cycle to work (no he doesn't know I am putting this on here!)

Alice would rather play with the camera bag than watch the TV
Our Easter tree, could only find twigs with no leaves on, maybe we';ll hack at the bush in the garden to get some nice leafy branches...
The view from our stairway, I love it but they are probably going to build houses there sometime. Boo hoo.
Our tomato plants - we must have 20 seedlings still to repot so if anyone wants some (and you live locally!) please come and get some!
With it being the school holidays we went to have lunch with Ben in his office.
Whilst Alice was napping the girls decided to play with water in the downstairs toilet- it looked like Noah's flood but the end of it.
They also did a bit of Easter themed sticking and glueing. What a mess!

After this I taught piano at our house (we usually go to their house) and they brought us dinner along too! I love surprise dinners!

I love surprise dinners!All in all it was a pretty good day though Alice was suffering with a heavy cough and cold - she got some antibiotics for her ears on Tuesday - a few weeks ago she had a really nasty ear infection that was making her throw up etc- I thought it was a bug but after 5 days I discovered it was an ear infection that was causing it-I was so glad to be able to get antibiotics. We have seen the same doctor 4 times in the last 3 weeks - twice with Alice, once with Eliza and once for Esther (she had a monster eye aka conjunctivitus!). Hope we don't have to see the inside of the doctors surgery for a while (they've taken away the playhouse from the waiting room too - apparently too germy, what about the other toys left in, surely the are just as germy? The girls were very sad about that!).
We finished off the day watching a film with Ben and cutting some fabric for my next quilt!
