Bluebell Woods

Last Sunday we took a walk to some bluebell woods just behind the old farmhouse we used to live in. I think this is the 3rd time in the 5 years we've been in this area that we have done it. It is gorgeous, I LOVE it! I thought it would be funny to compare the pictures from our last trip there 2 years ago to this year.....

Ben and Eliza, I like this picture, Ben doesn't but since he doesn't look on here he'll never know I put it on....he he he

We went with 2 other families so we had a good time chatting as we walked and the kids loved running around and didn't mind too much when the got stung by the nettles... Bex took our great pictures are usual. There were patches of ground that were pretty muddy, especially the tractor ruts but we managed to avoid any acidents other than a shoe getting stuck in the mud right until the end when the kids started running to look at the combines and Esther slipped right over in a muddy puddle and got filthy and soaked every item of clothing she was wearing. Serves me right for leaving her in her nice Sunday dress!! Luckily we weren't too far from our friends house so she went home in a very nice dinosaur towel because she didn't want to wear boys clothes! Funnily enough these friends came back to our house for some dessert afterwards and their son had a little accident in his pants so ended up going home in Esther's trousers and pants!
