Sometimes sharing is not good.

Sunday was Eliza's first birthday and we decided to have some people over for cake and icecream. Then just when we got home from church Ben started feeling ill so we cancelled the cake, then about 9.30 he passed the baton to Esther who in the middle of the night passed the baton to me. Boo hoo for us. The Birthday Girl has so far escaped the clutches of the sick bug, numerous prayers on her behalf let me tell you! I want to put up the pics of her cake etc but thinking of it now even makes me feel sick again - funny the things your mind associates with! The first thing I did when I got up Monday morning was throw it in the bin so I didn't have to think about it or know it was sitting downstairs on the table! This wouldn't be so bad if I hadn't stayed up till after midnight Saturday finishing it, or we had been able to enjoy it. Nevermind - it'll be one of the funny stories in years to come! Fingers crossed Eliza will be ok!
