Why didn't anyone tell me...
...about photobooks??? Upload your photos, choose some layouts and backgrounds et voila - someone else prints them out and posts them through your door. Fantastic! My photographs of the last 4 years have been piling up on my poor computer hidden from the world because I felt like I should be scrapbooking/journaling all the important and wonderful memories they represent. Maybe its just me but I don't seem to get the time to actually EVER scrapbook! When the kids are in bed there are a million and one things I need to do other before I can justify those things that I want to do. Plus I don't actually think my kitchen table is clear enough to get out all the crafty stuff and even on the occasion that it is I'd still have to put it all away again before bed. So now I have discovered photobooks, quick easy and 100 times less time consuming! I'm so pleased! I've decided also that I'm going to let Esther pick her own favourite pictures to put in a scrapbook and she can decorate the pages herself, that's if I ever get any photos printed....

Anna...I should have posted ages ago. It was so fun to get your comment on my blog and peek into your life on your blog. Aren't girls just so fun! I'm glad that your having fun being a mom to your girlie-girls!!!
Make sure to say hi to the rest of your family for me. Oh, and tell your parents we think of them every Christmas when we pull out a set of Christmas placemats they gave us one year when your Dad came to visit dressed as Santa!
By the way, on the subject of photobooks--what sites are you using? I haven't done it yet but on blurb.com you can download your blog into a book making software and make your blog into a book. I'm sure there are other sites that do this too. I'm planning on doing this instead of scrapbooking everything...kind of a family journal/scrapbook. We'll see how it goes when I get around to trying it out!
